Oilgear announces replacement - For PVWHP~wnpum~
The Oilgear Company has announced the replacement for the Oilgear PVWH piston
pump which it has manufactured for decades. With thousands upon thousands ofthese pumps in the population Oilgear has introduced the PVWJ series pump to be completely interchangeable with the PVWH.

The pump will be a drop in replacement for the "H" pump so, the port location and
mounting arrangements are identical. This means that you can pull a PVWH pump out and the PVWJ pump will drop in it's place. In addition the internal parts, rotating group, shaft, bearings etc are the same as well. There are two major changes. First, is the compensator. It is completely new and will not interchange with the old. That is to say, you cannot take the compensator off a PVWH and put a compensator for the PVWJ on that pump. It will not bolt up.

The internal parts of the two compensator are different as well. The speed ofresponse is identical to the PVWH so there will be no performance issues. It will behave exactly as the PVWH.

Second, the gasket material used for sealing some surfaces has been replaced with O-rings for better sealing and fewer leaks. Therefore, seal kits are not interchangeable All other features are the same as the "H" pump. The PVWW will continue to be made for HWBF (water based fluid) application and will not change. The PVWJ pumps will come into production in the first quarter of O? The PVWH pumps and parts will continue to be made for the foreseeable future and of course parts will be manufactured according to legal requirements.
