02 — Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnostics & On-Site Repair

When a system goes down, our technicians bring the instrumentation and expertise to find the root cause fast and get you back up and running.

Troubleshooting Scope

  • Diagnostics for pumps, valves, cylinders, manifolds and filters
  • Root-cause failure analysis using pressure and flow instrumentation
  • On-site cylinder repair and seal replacement
  • System pressure, flow and temperature verification
  • Switch and sensor calibration and replacement

03 — Preventive Maintenance

Scheduled Inspection & Preventive Maintenance

Regular inspections catch small issues before they become downtime — our technicians document every visit so you know exactly where your system stands.

Preventive Maintenance Scope

  • Multi-point hydraulic and pneumatic system inspections
  • Fluid sampling, analysis and filtration recommendations
  • Filter element and housing replacement
  • Reservoir, hose and fitting condition checks
  • Documented inspection reports with corrective-action recommendations

04 — Hydraulic Fluid Reconditioning

Hydraulic Fluid Reconditioning (Flushing)

Contamination is one of the leading causes of hydraulic system failure.

Flushing Scope

  • High-efficiency flushing filtration down to single-digit micron sizes, with Beta-rated elements for effective silt control
  • Full reservoir and tank cleaning, with component teardown and inspection available for severe contamination events
  • ISO cleanliness code testing to confirm the system meets target contamination levels before restart

Dehydration Equipment

Flushing removes solid contaminants — moisture is a separate problem, and one of the leading causes of corrosion, additive breakdown and varnish formation in hydraulic oil. We bring our own in-house vacuum dehydration units on-site to pair with a flushing service, pulling dissolved and free water out of your system so you restart with oil that's both clean and dry. These units remove dissolved and free moisture that standard filtration alone can't catch, and we follow up with fluid sampling and testing to confirm moisture and particulate levels before restart.
