Features

-The solenoid tube assembly is fatigue rated for 5000 psi (350 bar) service.
-This valve is direct actuated and requires no minimum hydraulic pressure for operation.
-Valves exhibit extremely low leakage rates; less than 10 drops/min.
-This cartridge utilizes 740 Series low-power and high-power coils, and 747 Series hazardous location coils for both Normally Open and Normally Closed configurations.
-On models equipped with the D or L control, the detent mechanism in the manual override is meant for temporary actuation. The D, L and T manual control assemblies have a mechanical life expectancy of approximately 7,000 cycles.

Shipping

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error — for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds are typically issued within four weeks of the date you give your package to the return shipper. This period covers:

● Transit time for the returned item to reach us (5–10 business days)
● Processing time once we receive your return (3–5 business days)
● Time for your bank to process the refund (5–10 business days)

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for returning the item.

All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Flow Dynamics & Automation, Inc.. Returns made outside the 30-day window described above, or that are not the result of our error, must be new and unopened and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
