About Versa

Versa Products was founded in 1948 by Carl Carlson, a mechanical engineer who believed he had a better valve design than the one his employer was building and set out to prove it. The company's first V Series 1/4" brass valve launched Versa into the market, and when a major competitor's distributor network dissolved, Versa signed seven top-tier distributors almost overnight, kicking off decades of nationwide growth.

All Versa valves are still designed, manufactured, and tested at the company's headquarters in Paramus, New Jersey. The product line spans 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way solenoid, pilot, and manual directional control valves in brass, aluminum, and stainless steel, along with proportional and servo-assisted valves and NAMUR-mount lockout valves built for hazardous-location and process isolation applications.

Flow Dynamics and Automation stocks and supplies Versa valves, helping customers find the right directional control valve for their pneumatic or fluid control system.
