About Barksdale
Founded in 1949 by L.S. Barksdale in Los Angeles, California, Barksdale has spent over 75 years building sensing and control products that keep industrial, transportation, and process systems running safely. Now a subsidiary of Crane Co., Barksdale combines the resources of a global manufacturer with the kind of custom engineering support that comes from decades of solving one-off application problems.
Barksdale's product range covers mechanical and electronic pressure switches, pressure transducers and transmitters, level products like float switches and tank level transmitters, flow valves and regulators, temperature switches, and speed monitoring products under its Dynalco brand. Many of its electronic switches now support IO-Link connectivity for IIoT-enabled monitoring and predictive maintenance.
