atosConventional Valves
Selection of pressure, flow and directional controls in three different configurations: atos conventional valvesConventional Valves subplate, threaded ports or flange mounting according to Ceptop, ISO; relief, sequence, unloading and combined pressure controls, throttle and pressure compensated flow control valves, direct and pilot operated check-valves; flow up to 160 GPM.

Modular Valves
ISO/Cetop 03, 05, 07, 08 subplate; relief, sequence, reducing, check, flow control valves and pressure compensators; flow up to 65 GPM.

Cartridge Valves
ISO or Atos standard, NG 06 thru NG 80; pressure, flow and directional controls, on/off and proportional; flow up to 1300 GPM

atosElectronics
Atos electronics includes driver for proportional valves, a number of accessory cards and pressure transducers.

The electronic drivers supply proportional valves with a proper current signal to align valve atos electronicsregulation to the reference signal (±10 VDC).

  • AC drivers are for A valves, for open and closed loop applications
  • T drivers are for T valves, for higher static and dynamic performances either for open and closed loop applications
  • RI drivers, integral in TE or LE valves, are the modern choice for reliable and demanding applications

New digital drivers are also available for sophisticated electrohydraulic systems.

CK Series Cylinders

  • Standard line according to ISO 6020/2-91, DIN 24554 and AFNOR NFE 48-016 for use with mineral oil or other suitable fluids.
  • Also available as servocylinders with or without valves assembled.
  • Cylinders and servocylinders may be supplied with specific protections according to the working environment.
  • Besides CK series, Atos range includes CE series light duty, CC series (ISO 6022- DIN 24333) heavy duty cylinders and cylinders series CH big bore size (ISO 6020-3)
  • Bore diameter from 25 to 400 mm, strokes up to 5 meters; pressure up to 4500 psi.

atosProportional Controls
Proportional valves modulate hydraulic parameters, in particular pressure and oil flow, according to electronic reference signals (normally ±10 VDC).

Atos, a leader in pioneering electrohydraulics, offers today one of the most advanced lines of proportional valves which allow similar or better performances in comparison with servo valves while maintaining the typical benefits of proportional hydraulics: less sensitivity, coarser filtration requirements, intrinsic stability, easier servicing and lower cost. Atos valves may be of spool type (originated from solenoid valves) or in cartridge execution (from logic elements) and can be grouped in two basic families having solenoids of different design.

ZO solenoid is an efficient solenoid (30 W) designed for direct-acting valves of size 03-NG 6 and 05-NG 10 and assembled in different options as follows:

  • ZO-A suitable for open of closed loop applications
  • ZO-T with integral electronic transducer, featuring high static and dynamic performances
  • ZO-TE as above plus integral electronic driver, preset in control loop, ensures fine functionality plus valve-to-valve interchangeability and simplifies installation wiring and system set-up

atosSolenoid Valves
Atos is among the leading international manufacturers of hydraulic solenoid valves; many millions of Atos valves operate today worldwide.

Atos valves features:

  • Atos solenoid valvesshell-molding castings machined by transfer lines and then cleaned by thermic deburring
  • Interchangeable spools
  • Wet solenoids with manual override
  • Manufactured and tested in-house to Atos quality standards
  • Sealed and rugged execution suitable for outdoor use.

Specific versions are available for ex-proof and hazardous environments and for marine or military applications.

Vane Pumps
Cartridge design with integral hydraulic balancing, high performance, low noise level, high versatility and long service life.

PFE Vane PumpsAvailable in three basic models in standard or high pressure execution, this latter will further reduction of noise level. Displacement up to 9.1 cu.in/rev, pressure up to 3000 and 4200 psi.

Mounting according to ISO and SAE standard giving full interchangeability with most similar products on the market
