Description
10-6 & 10-6L Series
10-6 &10-6L Series pumps have a 7in diameter air piston anda 2-1/2in stroke. Thirteen models are available with pressuresup to 66,500 psig.
Specifications
The maximum air consumption of the pump is 112-SCFM at100-psi drive-air pressure and free flow (zero outletpressure), conditions at which the pump operates atmaximum speed. As the pump builds outlet pressure, theoperating speed, air consumption and liquid outlet flow alldecrease. Once the pump reaches the outlet pressurecorresponding to its specific pressure ratio, the pump stallsout (stops) and the operating speed, air consumption andliquid outlet flow all become zero.
Mounting may be in any position, vertical preferred. Whenmounting in an inverted position, a drain cock should beprovided to drain off any liquid that may accumulate in thepilot valve air chamber.
Features
The 10-6 series Non Lube and 10-6L series Lube pumpsare identical except the 10-6 series is pre-lubricated atfactory and therefore does not require a lubricator in the airsupply line. The suffix L is added to the 10-6L series Lubepump part number to indicate a lubricator is required in theair supply line.
